📦 Can I return my order?

Absolutely! You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item — no awkward questions asked.

🚫 Sorry, we can’t take back:

  • Used or damaged items
  • Items that are missing parts or original packaging
  • Digital downloads or services (if applicable)

  2. Include your order number + reason
  3. Our team will hook you up with return instructions

💰 Refund timeline

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get a confirmation email
  • Refunds will be sent to your original payment method within 5-10 business days (we don’t control the bank... we wish 😅)

⚠️ Note:

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility (unless it was our mistake — then it’s on us 💸)
  • Items on final sale (massive discounts, flash deals, etc.) are non-refundable
